The 60 minute consultation provides a supportive and informative space about the practice of Yoni Steaming where you have a chance to speak directly with our qualified practitioner.

During this consultation, we will go through the benefits of yoni steaming, how it works and may affect the body, we go through a comprehensive assessment of your body by discussing your history regarding your cycles, hormonal fluctuations, any previous surgeries, medications, allergies and health goals.

Usually with 60 minute consultations, the client may have a specific goal in mind especially related to a spiritual or physical trauma or imbalance. This particular session is perfect for recurring clients who are coming in for consultations as part of a journey that require ongoing support.

This includes women who are trying to conceive and may be struggling with fertility, those who may be trying to alleviate their symptoms from diagnoses stemmed from hormonal imbalances such as endometriosis, adenomysis, haemorrhoids, poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), painful and heavy periods, missed or irregular periods etc.

This includes what you want to mostly achieve from your yoni steaming sessions; whether this be a physical, mental or spiritual goal - the aim is to correctly curate a herb blend that is customised to you for every time you come in for your steams.
