60 Minute Phone Consultation

We will set-up a phone call consultation with you to personally understand your needs, symptoms and desired outcomes from your upcoming 'goddess session'.

An intake form will be sent to you via email to be filled out and sent back prior to the consultation which will first give us a greater picture of how your body works, what it responds too and allows us to maximize and customize your herb blend to cater for your desired outcomes.

♥ In our consultation; we will discuss with you on what you expect or would like to benefit from your session, if you are on any medications, have any intolerances, what hormonal symptoms you may be experiences and what your lifestyle looks like. We also try and gather a picture of how you'd ideally like to feel and where Yoni steaming may support you. We will also educate you on the 'Do's and Don'ts' before and after your steam, what the process looks and feels like, how we will be working around your body specifically! We will also provide suggestions/general advice on how to prepare to maximize your session, what to wear and any safety precautions you may need to take. We determine if steaming is right for you and should you wish to work with me, we can determine a time allotment.

♥ After the consultation: your practitioner will compile and compare herbs to create the best blend for you that supports your body to maximize the benefits and bring your body back into balance. The exciting part is we can then confirm a time for your steam!

♥ Our herbs & equipment - Are all locally sourced directly from the farms to ensure you receive the highest of quality of ingredients and are ALL Certified Organic. This means no pesticides, no chemicals and no nasties filling up and entering into your Sacred Space. We use ceramic or glass bowls/facilities to ensure we are not steaming heavy metals or plastics of any kind during the session and customize temperatures and the duration of the steam where you can maximize the benefits associated to your symptoms, while minimize any risks.
